Often times people find their UI is 'messed up' after adding one of these and have no idea as to the cause or solution. This is an 'umbrella term' that includes everything from the game launcher options and hardware configuration Menus, through the loading screens and 'Main' & 'Pause' Menus, and into the information you see on the screen when the game is loaded (referred to as the ' Heads Up Display' (HUD)), and the Menus provided in the Pipboy, when trading, etc.
The way the player interacts with the game is through something collectively called the ' User Interface' (UI). 7.7.1 Personal UI Menu Overrides Package.7.4 The Mod Configuration Manager aka MCM.
